Yes. The Free plan is free forever. You get an AI generated media kit, 10 campaign applications per month, unlimited invitations from brands, and payments via Stripe Connect. Creator Pro ($60 a month) unlocks unlimited applications, unlimited AI generations, and premium placement.
How does the brand trial work?
Every new brand gets a free 10 day trial with no feature restrictions. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you subscribe to Starter ($99 a month) or Pro ($299 a month), or stop and cancel with one tap.
How is payment handled?
Brands fund campaigns upfront via Stripe. Money is held in escrow. When deliverables are approved by the brand, we deduct the 10 percent platform fee and transfer the rest to the creator via Stripe Connect. Creators get paid on time. Brands pay with confidence.
What's the platform fee?
10 percent on every completed collab. Fully transparent. Creators see exactly what they'll receive before accepting. No hidden charges.
Can creators and brands message each other directly?
No. All comms go through Bae, our AI Collaboration Manager. Bae handles quick questions instantly. For anything requiring human review, the CreatorBAE team responds within 48 hours. This keeps everyone protected and every conversation on record.
What if there's a dispute?
Brands can request a refund before a campaign starts. If a campaign has started, disputes go to our team for review. We look at the brief, the delivered work, and the conversation history. Most disputes are resolved within 3 to 5 business days.
How does AI matching work?
For brands: Bae ranks creators by niche fit, audience overlap, engagement, and price fit. And explains each score. For creators: your Discover feed is ranked by campaigns that actually match your audience, not just paid promotions.
