You are responsible for:

4. AI features
CreatorBAE uses AI to assist with tasks such as:
- Campaign recommendations
- Creator matching
- Media kit generation
- Pricing suggestions
- Message drafting
AI-generated content is intended to assist users and should be reviewed before use.
5. Campaigns and collaborations
Creators and brands are responsible for:
- Agreeing on deliverables
- Meeting deadlines
- Providing accurate campaign information
- Completing collaborations professionally
CreatorBAE facilitates collaborations but is not a party to agreements between creators and brands.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Platform fees may apply to paid collaborations.
Applicable taxes remain the responsibility of each user.
7. Platform fees
CreatorBAE currently charges platform fees on eligible paid collaborations and subscriptions. Current pricing is available on our For Creators and For Brands pages.
8. Prohibited activities
Users may not:
- Impersonate another person or business
- Upload illegal or infringing content
- Use bots to abuse the platform
- Circumvent payment systems
- Harass other users
- Attempt to interfere with platform security
9. Intellectual property
Users retain ownership of the content they upload.
By using CreatorBAE, you grant us a limited license to display and process your content solely to operate the platform.
10. Privacy
Your use of CreatorBAE is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
